For startups · founders & small teams

Ship the one thing that proves it.

A senior product-and-engineering partner for founders. We build the focused MVP, the investor demo, or the AI prototype that proves your idea — scoped tight, shipped fast, and built well enough to raise on and keep building.

01The idea

Startups rarely die from building too little. They die from building too much.

The trap is to build the whole vision before anyone's proven the first piece of it — burning runway on features no user has asked for yet. We work the other way. We find the single riskiest assumption in your idea, design the smallest thing that tests it, and ship that. Sometimes it's a working MVP, sometimes a demo that wins a room, sometimes an AI prototype that proves a capability. Either way it's real, it's fast, and it's built well enough to grow from — so the next dollar you raise goes into momentum, not a rebuild.

02What we build

Three ways to prove it.

  • 01

    MVPs

A focused first version that does the one thing that matters — real enough for users, clean enough to keep building, free of everything you don't need yet.

  • 02

    Investor demos

Something that looks and feels like the product for the path investors will walk through — polished where they'll look, and it doesn't break under questions.

  • 03

    AI prototypes

A scoped proof that an AI idea works and is worth pursuing — a RAG assistant, an automation, a model-backed feature — with an honest read on what production would take.

03From idea to real

Scoped tight, on purpose.

The fastest way to waste a runway is to build everything. We agree what your first build absolutely must do to prove the point, cut the rest without apology, and ship it — then iterate on what real users and real investors tell you.

  • One sharp goal per build — the thing that has to be true
  • Clean code you can extend, without scaling for users you don't have yet
  • Real in weeks, then iterated on evidence — not guesses

Fast, but not careless.

Senior product and engineering thinking, at the pace a startup actually moves.

04Why a studio

Senior hands, without the early full-time bet.

Hiring senior engineers takes months you may not have, and the cheapest option often costs more once you count the rework. We give you experienced product and engineering judgement from day one — people who've shipped many first products and will push back before you build the wrong thing.

  • Push-back when you're about to over-build
  • You own all of it — code, repo, accounts, documented
  • We help you transition to in-house hires, not lock you in
05Where you are

Meet you at your stage.

  • Pre-seed, building the first version

You have conviction and a little capital. We build the MVP that turns the idea into something users can actually touch.

  • Raising, and the deck isn't enough

Investors want to see it work. We build the demo that carries the story and holds up to a few hard questions.

  • Validating an AI idea

Before you commit real budget, we build a focused prototype that proves the capability — and tells you what production really costs.

06Questions

The things founders ask first.

Faster than you'd think, because we scope to the one thing that has to be true. A focused MVP or a convincing investor demo is usually a matter of weeks, not quarters — we agree what it must do to prove the point, cut everything else, and ship that. Startups die from building too much, too slowly, far more often than from building too little. Our default is to get something real in front of users or investors early, then iterate on what you learn.

Let's build the proof.

Tell us what you're building and where you are — pre-seed, mid-raise, or testing an AI idea. We'll help you scope the one thing worth shipping first, and build it fast enough to matter.
